Life is moving along at warp speed for many of us, and our inability to handle that makes some of us close up.  In response, many of us try and hold on to a sense of forced predictability about us and this can lead to all kinds of serious psychological hang-ups.

In his amazingly natural style, Mr. Faasil presents Hari to us in the way.  Struggling with OCPD, Hari refuses to make friends, show even a hint of interest in life, or even offer a hint of affection to his family.  He is, however, nothing short of genius, and this, despite himself, keeps him in the good books of his bosses at work.

Big changes are on the way for him, though, as a business trip to Trivandrum envelopes him in the life of an elderly man, Gopalan, and a young woman, Narayani, who are desperately trying to return to home to care for the man's ailing wife.

The delicate but pronounced balance between life and death, the beauty and poignancy of human connection, and the humor of a child-like trying to come to grips with both presents itself in a charming but predictable way.

This is a fun film to watch with family, warming your heart to a greater good which unites us all.
