Guvva Gorinka will remind you of Kadhal Kottai in describing a romance between two people who have never met.  But, it will drive you up what divides them, the wall separating their apartments through which they share romantic conversations. While it is an interesting concept, one cannot help but wonder why one couldn't go next door under the pretext of borrowing a cup of sugar.

Sugar and spice is not what the comedy is about, however. Priyadarshi is way out of his league as a kinky guy who finds a way to get every girl he meets into the sheets. Perhaps it is intended to show some contrast to the conservative way of the lead characters. But, Priyadarshi, a sophisticated playboy? Really?!

Like me, the dysfunctionality between the stupid comedy and the unrequited romance will make you want to scream. But, not too loudly, please; the walls have ears.
