Mohan's Measure ⭐⭐⭐

Despite its weaknesses, Rajathandiram remains a clever film. While it draws inspiration from Ocean's 11, the movie relies on three relatively unknown actors. They play a trio of small time thieves who are suddenly offered a big time heist.

But, here is where the weaknesses start to present themselves. In an obvious effort to lengthen the plot, a goose chase is offered as a needless test of their talents.

The other obvious weakness is creating a romantic track. Regina Cassandra plays an overly enthusiastic young woman whose involvement is only in trying to sell an multi-level-marketing plan. Why she is needed at all in the story is never quite brought to fore.

But if we are not conned into these sidetracks, the rest of the movie is a pretty good watch.
