Mohan's Measure ⭐⭐⭐

Mr. Salmaan really needs a comeback movie and Salute could just be it. A film noir, Mr. Salmaan gives us a chance to see a stoic, understated character who is wrestling with the moral of corruption, which just happened to be orchestrated by his brother.

Seeking redemption, both for himself and the innocent man framed for a brutal crime, Mr. Salmaan's character, Aravind, finds himself spiraling through sets of suspects and victims in his search for the actual culprit.

It is here that we start observing holes in the plot, characters suddenly jumping in, coincidences serving to bridge wide gaps. 

But, this is Dulquer's film all the way, and his style far outweighs the dilute substance.
