Psychologists describe the male psyche as operating with 3 simple desires, to provide, to procreate, and to protect.  It is the last of these, particularly when it comes to turf, that is the subject of Parking.

The two lead actors are playing what are otherwise normal men whose primal instincts are brought to fore in something as simple as claiming a parking space. 

There is much more here than meets the eye here. The brutal battle between these two not only makes a visceral statement about human selfishness, but also shows us the male ego in all its frailty, grown men turning into raving lunatics, their humanity lost to their vengeful rage.

Bizarre but brilliant, Parking Is a must watch noir.
