Mohan's Measure ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 

In this increasingly shrinkng world, the identity called Gen Z has taken off in the New India, and this movie is for and about them. But, because of the fine acting by folks my age, who are condescendingly called "boomers", to gloat a little with an "I told you so" look on our face.

Indeed, it is Ms. Saranya, Ms. Devadarshini, and Mr. Charlie who moved this breezy rom com along. The ladies take the lead in portraying two nosy mothers who know for a fact that their respective kid will make an excellent match for each other, and set out to make it happen. 

The challenge is the girl only wants to a bestie, while the guy has his heart set on someone else. The acting among these younger actors feels forced, as too the occasional lewd suggestions in certain scenes. 

However, the comedy sequences with the moms and dad, though predictable, capture our attention and make for safe family viewing.
